Identifying self-defeating cognitions (self-talk) and replacing the critical inner voice with thoughts and beliefs that are more accepting and empowering

Creating intimacy by learning how to negotiate, compromise, and convey one’s needs in a clear and unapologetic way

What makes our work unique is that we complement the insights achieved through the above methods with two powerfully transformational techniques for self-understanding:

Administration of the Temperament Sorter Questionnaire (TSQ). Based on the groundbreaking theory and research of David Kiersey and Carl Jung, the TSQ is a proven and powerful way of identifying and evaluating key personality traits. The TSQ helps our clients understand the type of work, relationships, and recreation that suits their unique personality style.

Examination of home videos (optional)-a fascinating tool for illuminating past and present relationship dynamics
